As a small publishing group we decided that books can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit. Damaged products must be verified by the postal carrier. Otherwise all sales are final.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as the product has not been shipped. To cancel orders you should call us directly at 845-562-3606 or email us at info@theundercoverkids.com. We will process your refund within five business days.
